So, Jon now works next door to the adminstration of mushroom research. Apparently, every Friday the sell 10 pound boxes of mushrooms to the public. We now have 10 pounds...probably a little less nos that I've chopped them and found you can freeze mushrooms. Plus, we gave quite a bit away and there is still two HUGE bags in the freezer. In about two weeks portebello mushrooms are on the menu. It's a good things we like mushrooms around here...
