The Bread Installation
For less than five minutes my husband and I sat in the dining room chatting. We could hear the kids talking and having a good time in the living room. While we talked, a bag of sliced bread was appropriated from the kitchen. The next thing I know I hear the rustle of plastic. I jump, leap from my seat and that is where I find:

Director of the exhibit, Norrie, said placement of bread needed to be wide spread and of slightly stomped quality.
She said, "Bread! Bread!" over and over again. This was accompanied by Lydia, co-director and founding artist.
They began the bread dance, as it was an interactive installation.
Artists chanting "Bread! Bread!" I was reminded of the ducks at the campus and various political implications of the word.
Mr. Nelson (pre-haircut) helped in distribution of the bread.
Note: Do not worry. No bread will be wasted. All will be donated to ducks at various locations
