A Quick Life & Studio Update

Hi friends—it's been a minute! I’ve been quietly busy behind the scenes and launched a new site that gathers my projects in one place. It includes portfolio pieces, links to my various websites, and a few work samples—with many more coming as I build out the sections. If you’d like to take a peek, you can find it here: Emily Dimov-Gottshall Expressions.

On the personal side, I recently learned that, along with hypothyroidism, I also have arthritis. I’m doing the usual learning curve—asking questions, adjusting routines, and figuring out what supports help. It’s frustrating at times, but I’m hopeful and focusing on small, steady steps.

As a family, we’ve had some meaningful discoveries—especially around autism. We’re diving into resources, therapies, and understanding, and I’m grateful for how much we’re learning together. We’re also navigating changes with our elders and caregiving, and cheering on our kids as they begin to branch out on their own. If you’re the praying type, keep us in your thoughts—we feel it.

In the wider world, my heart’s been on peace. We sang “This Is My Song” at church, and it really moved me—a reminder that our hopes are shared across borders.

Thanks for reading this little update. I’m wishing you calm, creativity, and good health. I’ll keep posting as I add more work to the new site. 💛
